Aristotle is a mini-Rex rabbit with a beautiful black coat. He came to us due to the previous caretakers needing to move and unable to take him with them. He was well cared for and shown plenty of love.
He is currently being housed with two other rabbits and doing well in the community. He has not shown aggression toward the other rabbits or to our staff. He does get slightly agitated near feeding time, but does not show aggression.
If you are interested in having Aristotle as part of your home please use the form below to contact us or give us a call.
A little about the mini-Rex breed:
Mini Rex is a breed of domestic rabbit that was created in 1984 in Florida by the late Monna Berryhill of Texas. The Rex mutation, derived in France in the 19th century, is recessive and causes the hair to protrude outwards from the body, instead of lying flat, and the guard hairs to be shortened to the length of the undercoat, or a bit longer.
